We put AI to work in every part of your company.
Answering the phone is one of them. So is chasing the enquiry that went quiet, publishing what your customers are actually searching for, noticing when the website breaks, and telling you at the end of the month what all of it earned. Each one runs as its own department, connected to accounts you own.

callerI need a deep clean before I move out. Three bedrooms.
assistantI can get that booked in. What's the address, and which day suits you?

A person confirms the price before it reaches the customer. The assistant captures the job, never commits to a number.
An illustration of a real call flow, not live data
The assistant is real though. It answers our own phone under our own name, and is the same thing we build for a client. Speak to it here, or type at it in the corner of any page.

Borrow a department for two minutes.
This is Site Care, the department that watches your website. It runs the same checks on your site that it runs every day for the businesses paying for it.
Point it at your address and read what it finds. No email, no account, and you keep the findings whatever you decide.
What it checks
- Whether the site answers at all
- Whether it works on a phone
- Whether AI assistants can describe your business
- Whether anyone can actually contact you
- How fast Google says it is
Six departments
Six departments. Start with one.
Each one is work your company is doing badly or not at all, usually because nobody has the hours. Start with whichever is costing you most, add the next once it is paying for itself. A business of fifteen people ends up running like one of fifty.

One brain, not one bot per job.
Most AI tools give you a chatbot per problem. Each one has its own idea of your business, each drifts, and within a month they are telling customers three different things about your opening hours.
While we build your website we capture one structured record: what you do, your hours, your area, your prices, what may and may not be said on your behalf, who to escalate to. Every agent reads from that and nothing else.
Fix a fact once and it is fixed everywhere, because there is only one place the facts live.
Read by all six
Your hours change once. The phone agent, the content, the listing and the report all change with it.
Two more, included in everything
- The Lead Ledger
- Every enquiry from every source in one place: the call, the web chat, the form, the email. Most businesses your size do not run a CRM, so we do not assume one. Where you do have one, we sync to it.
- The Value Report
- What the departments actually did, monthly, in your units.
Why not the $99 tool
Three differences that matter.
Done for you
Not software you configure.
The platforms selling this for ninety-nine a month hand you a console and wish you luck. A department arrives already built, already connected, already knowing your business. You are buying a result, not a tool and a weekend.
You own every account
Revoke it and everything stops.
Your phone number, your calendar, your CRM, your Google accounts, your model providers. All in your name, all billed to your card. We hold a permission you can cancel from your own settings without asking us, and we never hold a token. Leaving costs you nothing, which is the point.
Compliance in code
Not a promise in a deck.
The disclosure a voice agent reads is built in the codebase and cannot be edited away per client. Every outbound action passes a gate that blocks by default. No binding prices, no clinical answers, no legal opinions, and the agent hands to a person instead of guessing.
The guarantee
We guarantee the agent follows its rules. Not your results.
Every agent is tested against a written suite before it goes live and again after every model update. If one fails that suite and we cannot restore it within ten business days, you can leave immediately and that month is refunded.
That includes Fons, the assistant that will answer our own phone. We run everything on ourselves before we run it on you.
What we will never promise is a number of bookings, a ranking, or a revenue figure. Those depend on your market, your prices and your competitors, none of which we control.
An agency that guarantees outcomes is writing a cheque a slow quarter will cash. We would rather promise something we can actually be held to.
Before any of that
Sometimes we build the website first, before you hire us.
If your web presence is broken we will sometimes just rebuild the homepage and show you. You see the work before you pay for anything. Agents plug into a website, so it has to be worth plugging into.
Which part of your week would you hand over first?
Thirty minutes. We will tell you which one is costing you the most and roughly what it is worth fixing, whether or not you hire us.
