What we collect, in plain terms.

This website

We do not run analytics on this site. No cookies are set, and nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the standard server logs our host keeps for security and reliability.

When you book a call

Bookings are handled by Calendly. They collect your name, email, and whatever you type into the booking form, and they hold it under their own privacy policy. We use it to meet you and to follow up about the work.

When you call us

Calls to the number on this site reach a person. If that ever changes to an automated assistant, it will say so in its opening seconds, tell you it is recording and why, and offer to put you through to a human.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you visited. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it, which is both our policy and Canadian law.

Client data, and the Lead Ledger

When we work with a business we hold their enquiries in one place: calls the agent answered, web chats, form fills and emails, with the source and what happened next. We also read analytics and call records to build the monthly report. All of it is covered by a written agreement, separated from every other client at the database level, kept for an agreed period and deleted on request.

Who else touches it

Named on our security page rather than buried in an agreement. You can revoke our access to any connected account from your own settings without asking us.

Asking us to delete something

Email or call and ask. (647) 408-8599. We will tell you what we hold and remove it.
