Small on purpose.
Fons is a Toronto studio run by Andres Fonseca. The building is done by hand. The repetitive parts, the monitoring, the reporting, the checks that have to happen every month, are done by a system we built and run ourselves.
Why it works this way
We run on what we sell.
Most agencies that sell automation do not use it. The work still gets done at eleven at night by whoever is left. You can tell, because the reporting arrives late and then stops arriving.
We built the system first and put our own business on it. Prospecting, quality checks, monitoring and the monthly reports run through it. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason the retainer is affordable and the reason it keeps arriving.
It also means every automated thing we deploy for you has already had to work for us, with a person reviewing anything that leaves the building.

How many at once
Two builds at a time, twelve retained clients. When those are full we stop selling rather than deliver badly.
Support
Business days, next business day. An automated assistant runs all night, but we do not promise a human at three in the morning.
