Onboarding, answers, and staff who stop asking you
Onboarding that runs itself, support answers drafted from your own documentation, and staff able to ask the business a question instead of asking you.
What is happening now
The work that fills your evenings is not the actual job. It is the same five questions from staff, the checklist you run for every new customer, and the paperwork.
What changes
The repetitive parts happen without you, with a person approving anything that leaves the building. Your staff get answers without waiting for you.
What it takes off you
The actual jobs.
Running onboarding
New customer or new staff checklists, with human checkpoints.
Answering support
Drafted from your own documentation, approved before sending.
Answering staff
Policies, pricing and procedures, without interrupting you.
Reading documents
Invoices, forms and paperwork turned into records you can search.
Who it suits
Businesses with staff, paperwork, or both. Usually the third thing a client adds, not the first.
When you are ready
You can name the tasks that eat your week. If you cannot, start with Tech and Communications for a month and they will tell you.
Setting it up
Depends on the task. Some are an afternoon.
You connect
- Wherever your documents live
- An assistant account
You hold the accounts and usage bills to you at cost, not marked up through us. If you would rather not, we set them up for you.
Added to an engagement
$600
setup, then $250 / mo
On its own
$1,200
setup, then $250 / mo
Why the difference
Teaching the system your business is the expensive part and it happens once. If we already built your site, that work is done and the second department is cheaper. From the third department onward, 15% off the monthly.
Included
What you get.

Questions
What people ask.
Will it act without me seeing it?
Only where nothing irreversible or outward-facing happens. Anything going to a customer, committing to a price, or touching a regulated topic needs a person every time.
Is my data safe?
Your information is kept separate from every other client at the database level rather than by application code, and we name the outside services that touch it. You can revoke our access from your own accounts without asking us.
Worth a thirty minute call?
We will tell you whether this is the right thing to fix first. Often it is not.
