What it costs to start with us, in full
Every price we have is published. This is the whole list, including the vendor costs that go on your card rather than our invoice.
What does a typical engagement cost?
A website plus the phone answered is $4,950 to set up and $800 a month, plus your own call minutes at roughly $60 a month for 200 minutes. That is the most common shape.
What is not on our invoice?
Call minutes, model usage, and any platform you already pay for. Those stay on your own card at cost and are never marked up through us, because they were never ours.
This is also why leaving is cheap: the accounts are yours, so revoking our access stops the work without stranding anything.
What can I actually buy today?
The website build and the Communications department. The other four are built and proven on our own business first, and the site marks them as not open rather than taking the enquiry.
Site Care has a second route for a business that already has a website: a $450 audit, credited in full toward a rebuild within 90 days.

- Three months on the retainer, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The minimum exists because the report needs a quarter to show anything, and leaving at month one teaches neither of us whether it worked.
